We went to Derrick's dad's house tonight for a make-up Christmas party for those of us who couldn't make it to the real Christmas party.
We had sloppy joe's for dinner, then opened presents, then played a couple rounds of Sequence.
It's always good to see Bill and Jan, as well as Grandma, and Brad, Mindi, and Trevor, and Kylie.
I really like those people. They've always made me feel very welcome in their family, and it's fun how our relationships grow over the years, and every time we get together it feels more and more comfortable.
And I'm glad the Brad and Mindi clan are back in Michigan so we'll hopefully get to see them a little more often.
