January 11th

I spent too much time today NOT getting my problem solved with the help of the customer service department at Frontier Communications. So far I've talked to a total of 6 different people. The first five said it wasn't their department and tried to send me somewhere else. The lady I finally talked to today was going to "look into it" and call me back, but she never did. I hope she's still looking into it.
