Last month, as I mentioned, I went on a women's retreat. On the way there we stopped at Lake Michigan, and since it was still early March, the beach was somewhat frozen. I've never seen this phenomenon before, and thought it was pretty neat. It looked to me like the sand had been wet, and the water froze within the sand and this is what it looked like - pretty cool ...
