Does this sign frighten anybody else? Sounds a little like Communism to me...
Ok, a little update on the family happenings.
Derrick is back to school on Tuesday nights, and one Thursday a month. He's still leading the youth group, doing some planning for the upcoming school year. He is getting ready to turn the big 3-0 at the end of this month!
I'm getting ready to go back to work. I'll be working Saturday's starting the 21st of October. I'm looking forward to the break from the kids, and the social interaction. Other than that, I'm spending my days home with the babies, which I love, for the most part.
Alyssa is in 4th grade and doing well. She will be helping in the nursery at church once a month, since she has so much experience with babies. She has been a great help at home with her sisters.
Sage is learning more ways to commnicate - she's learning more signs (cracker, baby's crying, baby's sleeping), and starting to say some almost-words - sounds that mean things like thank you, outside, all gone.
And Jayna is working on getting into a good sleep pattern. For some reason she wants to sleep all day and be up at night. She is starting to smile when she recognizes people, and she's starting to coo and giggle a little bit, which is fun.
Can't think of anything else - oh, we're all going to dress up as Pirates for Halloween! Think Jack Sparrow!
